Orders & Payment

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Fundraiser Disclaimer

The 99 Legacy Collection is a limited fundraiser supporting the 99 Legacy Scholarship. A portion of proceeds will be allocated toward the scholarship fund.

Shipping

Kreative Athletics is responsible for shipping items accurately and in good condition.

• If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to seller error, Kreative Athletics will cover replacement or return shipping.

• Shipping timelines may vary due to production and fulfillment schedules.

Returns & Exchanges

Because items are produced in limited quantities:

• Returns or exchanges due to sizing issues, preference, or change of mind are the responsibility of the buyer.

• Buyer must follow return instructions provided by Kreative Athletics.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Kreative Athletics reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for:

• defective items

• incorrect items sent due to seller error

Refunds are not guaranteed for sizing or preference-related returns.
